The Restaurant was designed with two things in mind, an inviting environment and a unique approach to dining. The use of natural materials such as stone and wood was used extensively throughout.

This it to highlight the parallels with our passions for the same natural though process when it comes to our choice of food and drink offerings.

Where possible we have supported local builders and tradesmen in the complete refurbishment. This is another commitment to the local community , one which we will continue to support.
